1. How do I connect my computer charger VZ100 Bess?
R = Connect your original charger with the USB logo or emblem to the front, connected in a manner contrary cause damage to the equipment load port.

2. Why is my computer VZ102 five (5) seconds locks the keypad?
R = Model VZ102 being a bar phone comes with a default lock feature to prevent unwanted calls activated by the user.

3. Why my computer does not record videos or VZ219 not take pictures?
R = This model should be placed as a requirement to store videos / other their respective micro SD memory card.

4. My team Bess VZ219 not tune TV channels.
R = From the Menu key> Options> Auto lock> Yes. The team will begin a search of all the signals of channels available in your area and leave them registered for use.

5. My modem does not connect UM100 Bess Internet.
R = You must wait for the LED (Tentative lights on the modem) to stabilize (stop flashing) before attempting connection, if these lights do not light after verifying the correct operation of USB ports on your computer, then get your modem to our service center for review.

6. What I can do if my phone is not turned on or off alone?
R = If your phone has these problems, it may be due to problems with a battery, charger or damage to the same phone.

Before taking to our service center for examination, try the following:

1. Charge the battery of your phone completely.
2. Restart the phone.
- Turn off your phone.
- Remove the battery. After a few seconds, reinsert the battery.
- Turn on the phone.
3. Make sure you use a battery or charger's own brand.
4. If you have access to another battery and another charger of the same model as yours, try them on your device.
5. If any of these observations with your mobile device continues to shut off or failed to perform tests on it, please contact our service center for review.
