Warranty Terms Bess Mobile

 

COVERAGE AND WARRANTY PERIOD

BESS extended warranty for a period of one (1) year for equipment and (6) months for accessories (batteries and chargers) from the date of purchase (subject to technical evaluation).

During the warranty period repair or replace BESS cell phone and / or accessories without charge to the end user, provided that this product together with proof of purchase.

CONDITIONS

BESS limits its warranty as provided herein, has no obligation regarding the installation of equipment and accessories, as well as damage caused by the use of generic accessories not provided and approved by BESS.

EXCLUSIONS

Warranty excludes all devices and accessories:


1- Is damaged by improper use of them (abuse, accidents, other than that specified in the user manual, exposure to poor environmental conditions, exposure to external agents that damage the device, ...).
2- Present evidence of contact with liquids or moisture, thus affecting the normal functioning of cells. It includes both the damage and degradation.
3- With evidence of beatings, tear or damage not attributable to normal use or wear the device.
4- Present evidence of damage caused by using non-original accessories.
5- Show evidence of tampering / repairs not authorized by BESS.
6- Malfunction occur due to accidents of force majeure or any other cause outside the device, vandalism, burns, humidity, fluid leaks, action outdoors, radio interference caused by other equipment, variations in voltage or frequency of electricity, ...
7- To submit changes or deletion of the device serial number (IMEI).
8- Be free from defects. The warranty does not cover parts damaged by normal use of the device, such as plastic parts, paints, varnishes and keyboard.
9- Are outside the warranty period.
